Thsrefore we may be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as massage, exercise, nature, etc. Our coaching is focused on you moving forward so that ultimatly you can integrate your higher vibration/frequency into other peoples lives, thereby strentgthing the collective.

I was born with the ability to see people's potential, no matter how they live. i have no judgment, there is no right way, only lessons along the way. I have been down many paths, and all were valid. HOWEVER, there is an easier path to choose, and this I know. our planet is changing, and I have come to see many people living from their minds rather THAN their hearts. OUR PROBLEMS ARE NOT HOLDING ONTO US. WE ARE HOLDING ON TO THEM. It is TIME TO let IT ALL GO.
